Software, made with care.
I'm Yuma. I started LOBI-SYSTEMS to build software that feels inevitable. Tools that make a hard problem look easy once you've seen them work.
Every Belgian SME I've worked with runs on a constellation of spreadsheets, one-off scripts, and systems that don't talk to each other. The tools they can buy are either bloated international platforms built for a different market, or local solutions that haven't been updated this decade. LOBI-SYSTEMS sits in the middle: focused software that speaks the local standards, self-hosted by default, and designed to be understood without a manual.
Today that's three products: Senga for data integration, Trellis for structured knowledge, and Zira for Belgian financial planning, plus custom engagements for teams that need something built from scratch. All three share the same discipline: open standards, your data stays yours, no vendor lock-in.
Four principles that shape every release.
Ship small, ship often
Prototypes in days, production in weeks. Small releases you can actually roll out with your team.
Self-hosted by default
Your data, your infrastructure, your rules. Cloud only when you choose it, not because I force it.
Open standards
PCMN, IFC, PEPPOL, SQL. Your software should read what the world already uses.
No manual, no problem
If it needs a manual, I haven't finished designing it yet. The best software disappears behind the work.
