LOBI-SYSTEMS only collects data you actively send us: messages through the contact form or email, and basic server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) used for security and diagnostics.
Why we collect it
To reply to your message, improve the site, and keep it available and secure. We never sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange. Server logs are rotated after 90 days.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you — email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
